Hey there! I am Jessie and this is my buddy “Hunter.” I came to Kentucky to attend Eastern Kentucky University, where I graduated with a bachelor degree in animal science and agriculture business. My husband and I own and manage a cow and calf operation here in Madison County. You’ll always find us working hard on the farm or enjoying quality time with our twin boys Colton and Chase, usually dirt biking or exploring the great outdoors. In my spare time you’ll find me training or riding my horses. My family isn’t complete without my other two dogs, Ruger and Zoey and a silly cat named Whiskers. I love them with all my heart just like I love the clients and patients here at Skipworth Veterinary Clinic! It gives me much joy to spend each day providing the best care and experience to everyone and their beloved fur babies!
Dr. Skipworth has been taking care of my animals since long before he came to Richmond I could not be more pleased I love him his staff Rhonda you're the best and the rest of you ladies are pretty doggone awesome as well.

Dr. Skipworth was very personable and kind to my dog and to myself. He did not rush through my dog’s examination, and took the time to get to know us. The technician who roomed us was very polite and took the time to explain to us the different procedures/packages they offer for check-up visits, she even included pricing!
